In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "june365," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the june365 platform operated at june365.vip, including its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the june365 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the website located at june365.vip, including all games, services, content, and functionality available thereon.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held by an individual with june365.
• "Real Money Play" — refers to any gaming activity conducted using actual PHP funds deposited into a june365 account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a player account by june365.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by june365 before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total bet amount a player must place before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the june365 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the june365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the june365 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use the june365 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for real-money online gaming in the Philippines is 21 years. june365 enforces strict age verification at registration and during the KYC process. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of june365 or its affiliated companies or game providers.
6. You must not be subject to self-exclusion from any gambling platform or PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry at the time of registration.
7. You are permitted to hold only one (1) june365 account. If you currently hold an account with june365, you are not permitted to register a second account under any circumstances.

june365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your june365 account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the following obligations:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and two-factor authentication codes). You must not share these with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying june365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
• Ensuring all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered details must be communicated to june365 support promptly.
• Not permitting any other person — including family members, friends, or associates — to access or use your june365 account.
• Not accessing the june365 platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or any software that simulates or replaces human interaction.

june365 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your failure to maintain account security. Accounts showing evidence of shared access may be suspended pending investigation.

june365 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

All funds deposited into your june365 account must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under Philippine law.

• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt and clearance from the payment processor. june365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
• June365 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges. Review your payment provider's terms before depositing.
• Deposits made in error may be subject to reversal fees if manual processing is required. Contact june365 support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.
• june365 reserves the right to implement enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above certain thresholds in compliance with applicable AML regulations.

Withdrawal requests at june365 are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: Completed identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS, or UMID) and may require proof of payment method ownership.
2. Wagering Requirements: If your account balance includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes on the vast majority of requests. 5. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. june365 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or alternative payment methods.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. VIP players may be subject to enhanced limits. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section.

june365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. june365 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Live casino and table game bets typically contribute at a lower rate than slot bets. Game contribution rates for each promotion are set out in the promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without entitlement to compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is ₱500 or as otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: june365 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — may have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed.

june365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated as promptly as practicable.

All games offered on the june365 platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• RNG-based games at june365 use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Game RTPs and house edges are disclosed in each game's paytable or information panel.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via HD video stream. Decisions made by live dealers are final once a game round is closed. Technical issues affecting a live game round will be handled in accordance with june365's technical malfunction policy.

june365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools and measures are available to all june365 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account Settings dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When the threshold is reached, real-money gaming access is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may set session duration limits and enable periodic pop-up reality checks displaying session time, net win/loss, and bets placed.

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC.

• Chargebacks or disputes of valid transactions with your payment provider. Initiating an unjustified chargeback is grounds for immediate account termination and recovery of the disputed amount through available legal means.

All content on the june365 platform — including but not limited to the june365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of june365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of june365. Any unauthorized use of june365's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of june365's rights and may give rise to legal claims.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, copy, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

june365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering with june365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

june365 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable international data protection standards. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data sharing with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and licensed service providers is conducted solely as required by applicable law or as necessary to deliver the june365 service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, june365 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content or data feeds from third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits june365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. june365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform for any purpose.

june365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account holder being subject to self-exclusion or a PAGCOR exclusion order.
• Evidence of multiple account registration.
• Continued abusive or harassing conduct towards june365 staff or other players.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account (including deposited funds) may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.

You may close your june365 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours of verification of your identity. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet released by wagering) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following standard KYC checks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the june365 platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with june365 through good-faith negotiation by contacting june365 support. june365 undertakes to respond to formally submitted complaints within 5 business days and to work towards a mutually acceptable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of formal submission, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts or, where applicable, through any dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

june365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, june365 will publish the updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and will, where practicable, provide notice of material changes to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the june365 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.
